DUBAI: On the eve of International Volunteer Day, Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA, said, “Volunteering is a civilised approach that stems from the foundations of the UAE, and one of the authentic values instilled by the late Founding Father Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may his soul rest in peace, who consolidated volunteering since the early days of the Union.
